HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO..

Prior to my career as an LA Realtor, I spent the past decade working in the multifamily Property Management profession. It is due to this extensive experience and knowledge that my team and I are able to cater specific services to multifamily communities, developers and management companies. Having lived the life of a successful leasing agent, assistant property manager, and subsequently general manager of (2) Class-A properties in Downtown LA, I not only comprehend the traditional culture and protocol of management offices but I am able to facilitate a smooth and profitable relationship between property ownerships and the real estate industry. 

 

As a licensed Realtor, my team and I list each individual vacant unit on both the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and our own media schedule comprised of multi-family specific services and websites. 

 

In addition to the typical contracted listing agency services, we offer a multitude of services including;

  • An active multifamily leasing team comprised of participating licensed agents and a fast growing Real Estate intern team dedicated to promoting and leasing available inventory.

  • Schedule periodic broker open houses for the higher end leasing options.

  • Orchestrate, market, and host community Realtor happy hours.  

  • Work in conjunction with the onsite leasing teams to facilitate prospect appointments and future tours.

  • Professionally photograph each available unit to showcase the amenities specific to each. 

  • We conduct specific outreach efforts directly with LA Realtor brokerages to strengthen our referral programs with local agents.

  • We pride ourselves on being personable and hands on when it comes to our clients. Unlike most other leasing companies we extend our hours in order to tour clients upon their availability and in order to tend to any needs or concerns.

  • Follow a detailed multimedia schedule to promote each listing.

We are happy to facilitate community specific marketing and resident events in hopes of fostering a positive and warm connections with clients and residents alike. Successful events include Realtor Happy Hours, Pet Adoption Events, Realtor Holiday Parties and Broker Open Houses. We work with local vendors,animal shelters, artists and organizations to nurture a sense of community while simultaneously marketing and introducing our communities to the general public.
